We do not offer custom packaging or branded packaging

HOW TO ORDER STICKER/LABELS AND CARDS

​ We are currently not making custom stickers/labels and cards till further notice.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY AND SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We only offer delivery service in Harare, Zimbabwe.

We do not deliver outside Harare or Internationally.

Delivery time frame is within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY FEE

​Delivery fee is charged from our dispatch zone in greendale to your location. This is a one way fee only

0 - 10 km      -       $5

10 - 15 km     -      $7

15 - 20 km    -      $10

20 - 30 km   -      $15​

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash on delivery/collection, Ecocash USD.

Please make sure you have exact amount as change can be a problem.

If change is required please notify us well in advance.

WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

Please note we are an online store and therefore we have no physical store.

However pick ups/collections can be arranged on appointment only at Keswick Close, Kamfinsa.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please note that we DO NOT accept refunds, returns or exchanges, with the exception of damaged products only. 

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged, if you receive the wrong item or quantity so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged products should be reported within 48hrs of receiving the product.

SAMPLES AND SAMPLE VIEWING

We do not sell samples, We do not offer sample viewing. For better appreciation of our products, please take a look at our online gallery which shows real unedited images of our products. Further description of each product is given under each product, this includes, dimensions, colour options, minimum order quantity, material etc.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order,  just simply send us a WhatsApp with your order number but  please note the following.

If your order is booked for delivery and you want to cancel your order, please do so before driver has been dispatched.

Once the driver  has been dispatched you can NO LONGER cancel or alter the order as we use an independent courier and this incurs extra charges.

For orders that are placed for pick up/collection, we only keep your order for you for 48 hours from the time the order was placed. If we do not receive payment or order is not collected during that time we will automatically cancel the order and add the items back into our stock.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE A PRE-ORDERING SERVICE.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp with details (DATE, TIME and LOCATION) about collection or delivery. Unfortunatenly, we do not process urgent orders therefore orders should be placed in advance of any event or urgent use.
